About Us
We are a high-complexity hospital, a leader in the care of critical patients and advanced specialties. We are currently facing the challenge of optimizing our technological infrastructure and improving the performance of our hospital software, in order to guarantee safe, efficient, and world-class clinical and administrative processes.
We are seeking a Chief Information Officer / Chief Technology Officer to lead this digital transformation and strengthen our information systems.

Key Responsibilities
• Design and execute the technology strategy aligned with the hospital’s objectives.
• Stabilize and optimize the hospital network, ensuring high availability and security.
• Lead the improvement and customization of our existing hospital software, solving current shortcomings.
• Ensure interoperability with other systems (pharmacy, etc.).
• Implement cybersecurity policies and regulatory compliance (GDPR, HIPAA, and local regulations) without compromising system performance.
• Develop disaster recovery and business continuity plans (DRP/BCP).
• Coordinate technical and support teams, fostering a service-oriented culture.
• Promote digital transformation projects such as telemedicine, data analytics, and clinical artificial intelligence.

Requirements
Education
• Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related fields.
• Preferred: Master’s in IT, Digital Transformation, or Healthcare Management.
Experience
• Minimum of 10 years in IT leadership, preferably in hospitals or healthcare institutions.
• Proven experience in stabilizing critical networks and managing hospital information systems/ERP (ideally MV).
• Track record of successful projects in digitalization and interoperability.
Technical Knowledge
• Networks, servers, hybrid cloud, SQL/Oracle databases.
• Hospital systems (HIS/ERP, MV).
• Interoperability standards: HL7, FHIR, PACS, LIS.
• Cybersecurity and IT governance (ITIL, COBIT, ISO 27001).
• Business Intelligence (Power BI, Tableau).
Personal Competencies
• Strategic leadership and crisis management.
• Effective communication with medical, administrative, and executive teams.
• Strong negotiation skills with vendors and regulatory bodies.
