The Retail City Manager is fully responsible for business performance within the assigned territory, including sales growth (ST/SO), market share improvement, retail execution, and customer management. This role acts as the key business owner of the region, driving strategy design and execution through close collaboration with channel, marketing, operations, and other cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

▪️  3+ years in regional management or retail sales management position with solid team leadership experience.
▪️ Field force management experience
▪️ High data literacy, strong market insights, and solid problem-solving skills.
▪️ Results-driven, resilient, and capable of managing complex market situations.
▪️ English must be fluent and will be used as main working language.
▪️ Able to travel when is required (30% - 40% of the time)
